Sherbet: A Chemical Reaction

What an amazingly fun term we have had in Room 3... I think Science may have been a highlight for many. Today we made sherbet (probably not as good as Mrs Sjoberg's :-)) ! Ask your child what happened when they tasted it. A great afternoon:-)

Secret Spies!!

Room 3 secret spies writing secret messages in lemon juice and vinegar to see which Acid was the best!!!! So exciting:-) Watch this space for our results!

Drama-Maui and the Sun

Today we have been preparing for our drama presentation. Ann and Michelle decided on our parts. We were learning about freeze frame and we also practised breathing and meditation.

Kitchen Chemistry

Gosh Room 3 children have been clever little scientists. We have been concentrating on Acids and Bases. We are also learning about the Scientific Method. There has been lots of clapping, oowing and aahing!
