Touch Rugby Coaching

This morning Shane from Touch Canterbury came to school to give us all some coaching. We learned how to touch, tap and run with the ball.

A Special Visitor

This afternoon we were all very excited to welcome Mrs Tait and beautiful baby Harriet. We have been learning about the wonder of life and how much we have grown and changed. Mrs Tait shared with us the specialness of being a mother.

iPad Learning

On Tuesday morning we learned how to use the Tellagami app with Mrs Dempsy. We have used it to share our baby stories. The videos are in the Media Gallery on the Student Learning page.

Handprints on paving stones

The preparation for the Ellerslie Flower Show has begun. Mrs Ryan helped us put our handprint on a paving stone ready for our garden path.

Freshwater Frolicking at the Groynes

What a fantastic trip! The weather was perfect and our lesson was great. Thank you to the parents who helped with transport and supervision. The children have lots to share about water bugs and the importance of caring for rivers. There are more photos in the Media Gallery.

Financial literacy

Today Michelle from ASB came to teach us how to be wise with money. One lesson she taught us about using our money was "spend some on you, but save some too!"








Today we also shared some of our money by adding to the coin trail for the missions.
